I had a great stay at Nh Collection. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the bed in my room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.
One thing that happened was that someone entered my room without permission.

The breakfast choice was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold options. The staff in the breakfast room were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well cared for. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the main shopping street. The staff at check-in were very nice and cute, offering us a complimentary sparkling wine/orange cocktail on arrival. Parking was easy and secure next to the hotel.

We had a really amazing experience staying here. Convenient and reasonably clean hotel, comfy beds. The room was beautiful, the staff was IMMENSELY PLEASANT. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from Royal Flemish Opera.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed with how close it was to everything, just next to the train station and easily accessible. The room service and housekeeping were excellent, leaving the place spotless and friendliness of staff was always appreciated. I also loved the terrace with garden furniture where I could relax and enjoy the view.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was right in front of the main train station. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The hotel staff was cute and friendly, and we appreciated the late check-out they allowed. The hotel was very clean, and we felt secure with the good security measures in place. there were lovely hotel facilities, including a nice outdoor area and a pleasant lobby and bar. The breakfast provided was really good, with a great variety of hot and cold foods, pastries, and a fantastic coffee machine.
